Inside-out

Progress can come in many forms. We finally moved inside at Eastdale. After weeks of concentration on the exterior elements, the interior of this house is finally coming together. Drywallers, painters, tile installers and trim carpenters have been transforming this construction zone into something that is beginning to look like a finished house. Everyone is gearing up for the new-and-improved completion date of March 20th.

Outside is the only place to work at Howard. The house was stripped down to its foundation; only a few pink blocks remain. Footings were poured for the new front porch and rear addition and as I type this blog entry the new floor system and first exterior wall are being framed. Hopefully we can be back inside before these days of dry weather run out.
